The Vietnam Center for Protection of Music Copyright (VCPMC) is a non-profit collective management organization for music copyright, established on April 19, 2002 under Official Dispatch No. 28/BTCCBCPTCPCP dated April 18, 2002 the Government Personnel Committee (now the Ministry of Home Affairs) and Decision No. 19/2002/QĐ dated April 19, 2002 by the Vietnam Musicians’ Association.
VCPMC is an official member of CISAC – the International Confederation of Societies of Authors and Composers – representing 239 member societies 123 ries and territories, with nearly 5 million authors worldwide.

There are 2 ways for you to register as a member of VCPMC
Option 1: Register directly at VCPMCs office

Method 2: Register online on VCPMCs website here
After completing the registration form, you will have to wait for confirmation VCPMC, we will send you a contract of authorization to manage and exploit music authors. After receiving the signed contract you, we will give you a user to be able to log in to the website of VCPMC. Your authorized works can be sent to VCPMC when you have access to the website in the menu Authorized Works
In addition, you can send your works to the email address: info@vcpmc.org or send hard copies directly to VCPMC representative offices.
In case the author has signed a trust contract for VCPMC but has not been provided with a user/pass, please contact directly the Membership - Archives room of VCPMC at phone number 0243 7624718 or 0243 7624719 extension 168 or You can send an email to the mailbox info@vcpmc.org to be provided with the user and password to access the website.
After successfully logging in, select the menu Update information to change your information.
You update the correct information in the boxes in the form.
Please call directly to VCPMCs Membership - Archives room at phone number 0243 7624718 or 0243 7624719 extension 168 and re-state your ac information. After we verify again, we will issue you a new password.
After successfully logging in to the system, select the menu Copyright royalties to be able to check your quarterly royalties.
You can see the details of the amount collected and paid by VCPMC in that quarter, click on the word Actual details.
ou download that detailed file to your computer and use Excel software in the Microsoft Office suite to be able to open it.
